The functional trainer is well suited for increasing explosive and speed strength and athletic performance.

The EFT Functional Trainer provides a plethora of possible exercise by letting you independently reposition the arms over a range of 180°. The 4-to-1 gear ratio gives you a lot of cable length to work with when performing large, sweeping movements even at high speeds. The scope of delivery includes two grip handles and a foot strap. We recommend purchasing a weight bench and optional handles and straps to allow for even more exercise options.
