You can choose between three different temperatures for heat or cold therapy. Once the temperature has been selected, the RecoveryTherm Cube runs for a certain time and switches off automatically when this time has elapsed. Heat therapy is best used when you feel sore after exercise or just want to relax your muscles in general. You can also use heat to improve circulation and stimulate your metabolism.
